James Pernotto, curator of the Pacifico 2000 art exhibit now on display at DNA Studios Gallery, 137 S. Park Ave., will deliver a gallery talk at 6 p.m. Saturday.
Titled “Collecting Fine Art on a Limited Budget,” the talk will touch on how Pernotto acquired the art in the Pacifico exhibit.
Pernotto operated the Pacifico gallery for rising artists in New York from 1999 to 2002.
He now maintains a studio in Youngstown.
The Pacifico 2000 exhibit, which includes works Pernotto acquired by artists he met in New York, runs through Monday.
